The Culinary Odyssey:
Don’s career started in the financial world and eventually took him to the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. At the onset of the Great Recession, he decided to finally follow his passion and enrolled at the culinary school of Kendall College. He has since had 15 years in the industry, most recently as the owner and head chef of Taste for Kids, which provides meals to 1000+ students in the Northern Cook and Lake County areas.

Don’s true passion lies in combining the flavors from his kitchen with the craft beer he loves to enjoy. He has purpose-built the Tonality kitchen to provide the excellent quality he expects of himself and his staff.
